How scheduling works
This page exists so you can move from interest to conversation without friction. When you open the calendar, you will see real availability held for introductory calls. Pick a slot that fits your timezone, add a short note about what you are trying to accomplish (for example: “replace a legacy scheduling tool”, “explore AI for document intake”, or “IoT pilot for one plant line”), and submit the request. You will receive a calendar invite and, when helpful, a few focused questions ahead of time so the meeting is productive—not a generic sales pitch.
Consultations are typically thirty minutes. We use that time to clarify constraints, stakeholders, and success criteria. If there is a mutual fit, we follow up with a written approach: phases, rough timeline, and what we need from your team (access, subject-matter experts, and approvals). If we are not the right partner, we will say so and, when possible, suggest alternatives. We respect procurement and security processes; if you require an NDA, vendor registration, or an InfoSec questionnaire before detailed discussion, use our contact form and we will route the request to the right person.
Ingress Software LLC works with operations, engineering, and product leaders who need shipping software, not slideware. Common topics on these calls include modernization roadmaps, AI integration risks, device fleet management, data ownership, and how to phase investment so each increment delivers measurable value. Bring whoever needs to be convinced internally; we welcome pragmatic skepticism because it leads to clearer requirements and fewer surprises later.
After you book, you may also want to review our privacy policy for how we handle information submitted through this site. If none of the listed times work, email through the contact page and propose two windows—we will do our best to accommodate different regions and travel schedules.
